Andrew has over 16 years’ experience in planning, having worked on a wide variety of projects for public and private sector clients including mixed-use, residential, retail and commercial developments.

He has acted as lead on numerous large mixed-use schemes throughout the country and led projects from inception through to delivery, and therefore has an excellent understanding of what is required to deliver a successful scheme.

Andrew specialises in Masterplanning, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Environmental Statements and Feasibility Studies.

Andrew’s experience has included:

  2. Luton East New Settlement (The Crown Estate)
  3. North Newbury New Settlement (CEG)
